By downloading, installing, or using Contacts - Phone Dialer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App and delete it from your device.

2. Purpose and App Functionality
Contacts - Phone Dialer is a locally operating utility application designed to act as your device's Default Phone Handler. It provides an interface for managing your address book, viewing call logs, and facilitating incoming and outgoing telecommunication via your device’s cellular network. The App acts solely as an interface and relies entirely on your device's hardware and your mobile carrier to execute calls.

3. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Crucial Notice Regarding Emergency Calls: This App is a third-party dialer interface and is not a replacement for your cellular provider's native emergency services infrastructure.

The App does not route calls over the internet (VoIP).

Dialing emergency numbers (e.g., 911, 112, 999) through this App will automatically be deferred to your device's native, pre-installed telecom handler or carrier network as mandated by Android OS protocols.

We bear no responsibility or liability for failed emergency calls, dropped connections, or carrier network outages.

4. Required Permissions and User Data
To function correctly, the App requires you to set it as your Default Phone Handler and grant specific system permissions, including but not limited to accessing your Contacts, Call Logs, Phone State, and Microphone.

By using the App, you consent to these local system permissions.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, the App processes all telecommunication data 100% locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to:

Use the App to facilitate illegal activities, harassment, spam, or robocalling.

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Interfere with or disrupt the security features, animations, or user interface of the App.

Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden your device's native telecommunications hardware.

6. Intellectual Property
All design elements, user interfaces, animations (including integrated Lottie files), graphics, and software architecture within the App are the intellectual property of the developer or their respective open-source license holders. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal telecommunication needs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
Because the App relies entirely on your local device hardware, Android operating system version, and cellular carrier network, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App.

Call quality, connection stability, or network availability.

Compatibility with all Bluetooth devices, headsets, or third-party telecom hardware.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Contacts - Phone Dialer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed calls, lost contact data, device malfunction, or inability to access emergency services.

9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect updates to the App's features, Android SDK requirements, or Google Play Developer Policies. Continued use of the App following any published updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Because this App operates entirely offline and does not utilize user accounts, we do not maintain a dedicated support ticketing system or direct email desk. For inquiries, bug reports, or feature requests, please interact with us via the official developer contact and review section provided on the App's Google Play Store listing.
